Recruitment Roadmap (how we do it)

- First of all we have an intake call with the Hiring Manager or the Team Lead (the person that knows best the position you’re looking to fill) to better understand your recruitment needs. We will gather information about your company (products, projects, culture, relevant aspects regarding its structure), team structure, define the desired profile (hard skills and soft skills), timeline, and other relevant details (Time investment: 60 minutes, day 1 of starting the project). After the intake call we’ll present 3 to 5 sourced profiles to double check and adjust the role profile. Everything will be documented and we’ll present you the final draft of the profile. Time to get to sourcing.
- After we’ve agreed on the desired profile we’ll start sourcing (identifying qualified candidates, reaching out to them, checking their interest, and screening them against the mandatory requirements). This stage usually takes between 5 to 15 working days (timeline: working days 1-15 from starting the project).
- After identifying the first candidates we’ll interview them to get additional context on their professional background, check the desired soft skills, motivation, and culture fit/add.
- From all the qualified candidates we’ll select the top three to present the short list (working day 15 or earlier) and schedule your interviews with the selected candidates.
- The ball is in your court now (tests, interviews) but we’ll offer continued support during this stage. In this market, we don’t advise for lengthy recruitment processes since you risk losing the best candidates to competitors who adapted better to the market conditions.
- After your interviews, we’ll gather feedback from both you and our candidates, offer our feedback and discuss where the process can be improved.
- Congratulations, you’ve found your gold medalist and it’s offer time! We can offer guidance regarding the financial package (market insights) and support your negotiation process.
- Your new colleague has signed the contract and started bringing added value to your team and organization. During the guarantee period we’ll keep in touch with you and the candidate to check if everything is going great with your collaboration. If you decide to part ways during this time, we’ll repeat steps 1 to 7.
During the recruitment process we’ll have weekly communications with detailed reports on the progress of the process. Also, you’ll have real time access to the reports generated by our ATS (application tracking system). Pricing
We offer two pricing models: fixed fee or contingency (percentage from the annual salary). Regarding the structure of the payments: either retained (down payment, short list, fulfillment) or hybrid (short list, fulfillment).
